Vascular Interventional Radiographer Technologist - FT

About the role

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures using specialized equipment, ensuring optimal clarity and patient safety. The role involves understanding radiographic principles, radiation protection, and developing patient rapport while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, with the ability to perform independently and exercise professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures with specialized equipment
• Schedule imaging procedures and evaluate patient status
• Participate in educational activities for students
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and workplace policies

Requirements

• Completion of approved radiologic technology training program
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in radiologic technology
• Specialized certifications (e.g., Vascular Interventional Technology or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography)
• State licensure, if applicable
