About the role

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our IV therapy and critical care product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product performance.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure product safety standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device management or related field.
  • Experience with FDA regulations and medical device quality systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful product development and launch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations and quality systems.
  • Experience with IV therapy and critical care product development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Remote work is available; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
