VAS Project Coordinator - 1st shift

$26 to 28 per hour (based on experience)
Shift
Monday to Friday - 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for the oversight of all Retail Fulfillment projects to ensure successful completion of each project while establishing, communicating, and maintaining production goals while also gathering the necessary requirements for all Retail Fulfillment projects and organizing the flow of the project from beginning to end while maintaining clear communication through the project entirety.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide clear objectives to Retail Fulfillment Supervisors for specific projects.
- Maintain production flow of projects.
- Design, implement, and execute project designs.
- Continuously improve production lines and projects.
- Act as a Supervisor as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Calculate production numbers.
- Generate quotes for customers.
- Research and analyze future technologies for production lines.
- Think and act critically and creatively to address unforeseen issues during project production.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in relevant field or 3-5 years of work experience in co-packing, project management, business management, or information systems.
- Experience using WMS software.
- Proficiency in PC operations, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
- Written and oral proficiency in English, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Use phone systems with keyboards and buttons.
- Sit and use repetitive hand motions.
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Work in excess of 8 hours continuously when required.
- Work under stressful situations.
- Maintain concentration on multiple tasks.
- Read and discern visual images on various media with 20/20 corrected vision.
- Communicate clearly over telephones.
- Be in good physical health as determined by a certified physician.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and work environment.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles.
- Noisy environment ranging from quiet to moderately loud.
