The VAS Pre-pack Clerk is responsible for all details involved in the preparation and packing of orders based on customer guidelines. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Pre-pack, label customer orders in accordance with SOPs and customer Value Added Services guidelines.Perform 9-point quality inspections on every order processed at the pre-pack table; document and escalate any discrepancies.Complete product serialization tasks and maintain accurate traceability records.Perform Quality Control at the front-end area on bulk and multiple tote orders on a rotating schedule and communicate errors directly with management.Perform Valus added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxesAssist in special projects and provide support in various departments and functions as required by the businessMeet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; actively suggest process improvements and waste-reduction initiatives.Participate in cycle counts and the year-end physical inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, and ergonomic workspace; follow company safety requirements. Requirements Position requires standing, bending, squatting, lifting/ pushing/ pulling up to approximately 50lbs.Position requires prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into corresponding gift boxesAbility to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary)SAP knowledge a plusKnowledge of MGI brands /product lines a plusOrganized and detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy and qualityHigh energy and a strong work ethicMust have a positive can-do attitude and a team player mindsetData entry experience helpfulSense of urgency a mustAbility and willingness to assist other departments as required by the businessAdaptable and eager to learn new tasks, with the ability to be cross trained across multiple warehouse functionsProficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English The hourly range for this position is from $16.50 to $17.50. The hourly rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
