Pre Clerk

Pay

Hourly rate is $18.76 per hour.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system
• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
• Perform data entry
• Process driver paperwork
• Assist dispatchers
• Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Computer literate
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast‑paced environment
• Freight logistics experience (preferred)
