Varicent Analyst (Functional Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation) - NC/AZ/MN

Locations: Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

About the Role

As a Varicent Analyst (Functional Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation), you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting strategic planning and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent
• Translate compensation/product requirements into data specs (field definitions, transformations, validation rules)
• Perform data analysis for input/output validation and risk identification
• Work cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and technical teams
• Create documentation: requirements, process flows, data definitions
• Conduct testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Support data discovery, onboarding, and integration

Skills
