Business Analysis Analyst

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Business Analysis Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and setting priorities based upon minimal direction.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and validate data from databases.
• Create and execute SQL queries in Oracle, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools/languages for reporting purposes.
• Utilize MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS Visio.
• Understand NCQA HEDIS quality measures and code value sets.
• Analyze and cleanse raw data with strong working knowledge of programming, ETL, reporting, and data mining.
• Familiarity with HIX (Health Insurance Exchange), EMR (Electronic Medical Record), and EHR (Electronic Health Record) data collection.
• Support partner relationships between health plans and provider/vendor communities using strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate self-learning initiatives, independent troubleshooting, and solutioning skills.
• Effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
• Translate complex data into structured, easy-to-understand reports using strong problem-solving skills.
• Present findings and facilitate meetings with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing project priorities simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$46 - 56 per hour
