Van Monitor for Adults with Disabilites

Responsibilities

• Ride in the back of a van with individuals (adults) with disabilities
• Provide conflict resolution, distraction, and diffusion techniques
• Follow specific action plans tailored to each individual
• Work with the driver to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all clients

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older
• One year's experience working with the elderly or special needs (personal experience qualifies)
• Clean Massachusetts CORI and illicit substance screening (including THC due to federal contracts)

Qualifications

• Part-time position, approximately 19 to 23 hours per week
• Split shift similar to a school bus driver
• Monday through Friday (all five days), no nights or weekends
• Company provides uniforms and training
• Competitive wages of $19.00/hour plus a raise at 90 days
• Door-to-door service provided
