Responsibilities
- Safely operate a mini-van to transport passengers to various locations
- Follow designated routes and adapt to changes as needed
- Collaborate with dispatchers to keep operations running smoothly
- Use Google Maps for navigation
- Carry a working cell phone with reception and data
- Follow protocol checklists for every trip
Qualifications
- Clean driving record for the last 4 years
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a 9-panel drug test (includes cannabis)
- Driver's license held for 10+ years
- 10+ years of driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live within 30 minutes of North Little Rock, AR (one of our locations)
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly pay with a minimum of $250/week guaranteed for being on call
- Overtime on weekly hours
- Paid on-the-job training (4 weeks at $15/hr)
- Pay raises at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, 1 year — up to $18/hr

- Fuel card, car wash, and van supplies provided
Schedule
- Full-Time (40–60 hrs): A minimum of 5 consecutive days on call, from 6:00 AM on day 1 until 8:00 PM on day 5, with 2 set days off each week.
- Part-Time (25–35 hrs): A minimum of 3 consecutive days on call, from 6:00 AM on day 1 until 8:00 PM on day 3, with 2 set days off each week.
