Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of residents/passengers at all times
- Maintain a schedule and prioritize needs
- Adapt to scheduling changes and manage time independently
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver great customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Unencumbered and valid driver's license
- Willingness to obtain C.N.A. certification through employer (possible)
- C.N.A. certification preferred
Supervision
Oversight by Administration and Clinical staff. Works independently with flexible routing changes throughout the day.
Consumer Service
- Presents a professional image through dress, behavior, and speech
- Adheres to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns
- Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected
