About the role

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Van/Appointment Driver to safely transport our patients to and from scheduled medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a comfortable experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled medical visits.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Ensure patient safety during transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.
• Follow scheduled routes and appointment times.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and appointment coordinators.
• Complete transportation logs and other required documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Stretcher van experience preferred.
• Ability to safely assist patients with mobility needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Experience transporting patients or working in healthcare is preferred but not required.
