Responsibilities

• Production Schedules: Maintain and manage orders in Oracle.
• Prioritize and schedule orders by due date.
• Update sales associates via email/Excel on NRV’s hold points.
• Keep scheduling workbench up to date and eliminate late orders.
• Allocate components as needed to execute orders.
• On-time delivery workflow and prioritization.
• Identify and solve hold points.
• Understand and adhere to customer GCS.
• Measure weekly performance metrics and maintain an OTD of 85%.
• Determine OTD reason codes and Pareto OTD reason codes.
• Inventory Returns: Complete work orders and adjust negative inventory.
• Return all negative inventory to receiving each day.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Measure weekly performance metrics.
• Supervising People: Responsible for technician actions and results.
• Assign and monitor PS Learn courses; complete PS Learn on time.
• Conduct quarterly cadence with employees.
• Provide training (safety and matrix).
• Safety Responsibilities:
  • Understand and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Instruct workers to follow safe work practices and safety policies.
  • Correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Enforce personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Ensure employees timely complete safety training.
  • Report and investigate all injury, accident, or near-miss incidents.
  • Inspect work area and take action to minimize or eliminate hazards.
  • Conduct periodic safety meetings.
  • Complete safety training by the due date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or bachelor’s in a technical discipline highly desirable.
• Mechanical aptitude/experience.
• 7+ years’ service experience in industry served and working with pressure relief valves; a combination of education and experience will be accepted.
• Strong information management skills, including personal computer skills.
