Responsibilities
- Production Schedules: Maintain and manage orders in Oracle.
- Prioritize and schedule orders by due date.
- Update sales associates via email/Excel on NRV’s hold points.
- Keep scheduling workbench up to date and eliminate late orders.
- Allocate components as needed to execute orders.
- On-time delivery workflow and prioritization.
- Identify and solve hold points.
- Understand and adhere to customer GCS.
- Measure weekly performance metrics and maintain an OTD of 85%.
- Determine OTD reason codes and Pareto OTD reason codes.
- Inventory Returns: Complete work orders and adjust negative inventory.
- Return all negative inventory to receiving each day.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Measure weekly performance metrics.
- Supervising People: Responsible for technician actions and results.
- Assign and monitor PS Learn courses; complete PS Learn on time.
- Conduct quarterly cadence with employees.
- Provide training (safety and matrix).
- Safety Responsibilities:
- Understand and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Instruct workers to follow safe work practices and safety policies.
- Correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Enforce personal protective equipment requirements.
- Ensure employees timely complete safety training.
- Report and investigate all injury, accident, or near-miss incidents.
- Inspect work area and take action to minimize or eliminate hazards.
- Conduct periodic safety meetings.
- Complete safety training by the due date.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or bachelor’s in a technical discipline highly desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude/experience.
- 7+ years’ service experience in industry served and working with pressure relief valves; a combination of education and experience will be accepted.
- Strong information management skills, including personal computer skills.
