Value Add Technician

Operational Expectations

• Accurately log time and production activity to job orders.
• Issue and track materials to jobs with attention to inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S mindset).
• Support general warehouse activities including material handling, staging, and organization.

Education And Experience

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with some assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic tools for assembly, measurement, etc.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD software is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Requires the use of hands and fingers to pick and package parts, type, handle controls as well as the ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Frequent lifting of items 20 pounds or more, occasional lifting of items 50 pounds or more.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
