Operational Expectations
- Accurately log time and production activity to job orders.
- Issue and track materials to jobs with attention to inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S mindset).
- Support general warehouse activities including material handling, staging, and organization.
Education And Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience with some assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic tools for assembly, measurement, etc.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software is preferred.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Requires the use of hands and fingers to pick and package parts, type, handle controls as well as the ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Frequent lifting of items 20 pounds or more, occasional lifting of items 50 pounds or more.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
