Valuation Specialist
About the role
This position is a hybrid role based out of the local office.
Responsibilities
- Execute valuation and appraisal assignments
- Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships
- Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships
- Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends
- Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- CRE experience/background is required
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred
Qualifications
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay
The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
