About the role

The Inside Sales Representative should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers. If you have a knack for sales and numbers and are detail-oriented, this role may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
• Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions.
• Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources unavailable in the field.
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and SAM daily.
• Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
• Help others in the office and region with product knowledge as needed.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs (preferred).
• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
• Must have good time management skills, be organized, and have the ability to multi-task.

Pay

The anticipated pay range for this position is $48,157 USD - $72,236 USD. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
