Pricing Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role is focused on pricing strategy and go-to-market execution for a strategic software offering serving sophisticated enterprise customers. You will partner closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as external stakeholders in actuarial and underwriting functions, to translate complex needs into compelling solution proposals. The position blends commercial strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive new opportunities and expand adoption within existing accounts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,000+ annually Responsibilities Partner with the VP to develop a pricing-focused go-to-market strategy Lead discussions with actuarial and underwriting teams to address their models and pain points Convert actuarial and underwriting needs into solution proposals using the company's pricing platform Identify opportunities to modernize pricing programs with existing customers Collaborate with inside sales and marketing to generate new business opportunities Guide stakeholders from initial discussions to solution agreement Represent the company at industry events and serve as a liaison between carriers and product teams Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience with actuarial, pricing, or underwriting teams Solid grasp of P&C insurance pricing, underwriting workflows, and actuarial methodologies Proven track record collaborating with actuarial and underwriting leaders Experience navigating enterprise software evaluation cycles involving multiple stakeholders Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to share in the company's success Ability to work 100% remotely Opportunity to influence a strategic product line High autonomy and ownership Collaborative and fun working environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
