Responsibilities
- Greet guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Aid guests with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed.
- Monitor garage and parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Direct traffic flow and assist with parking during special events, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Conduct routine inspections of parking areas and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and parking assignments.
- Follow all company policies related to vehicle handling, safety, and security.
- Respond promptly to resident and guest requests while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with package delivery, luggage handling, or other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle operation and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on the needs of the property.
Pay
$21.46 per hour
