Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Assist with luggage by loading and unloading it from vehicles
- Parking and retrieving guests' cars
- Providing information about the hotel
- Serving as the first point of contact
- Ensuring a positive guest experience through attentive service
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move luggage
