Job Description
Summary: As the Valet Parking Attendant, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Valet department by safely transporting guest vehicles and delivering courteous, prompt service. You serve as the first point of contact for arriving guests, contributing to a positive first impression while ensuring the security and flow of valet operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, including driving both standard and automatic transmissions
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage when needed, and verify check-in status
- Document any existing vehicle damage and secure guest keys accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including driveways and key booth operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in a valet or similar guest service role preferred
- Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions
- Ability to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including standard and automatic transmissions
- Ability to safely back into tight spaces and park vehicles in high-traffic or congested areas
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements
- This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 75lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Frequently Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
