VALET ATTENDANT: PART-TIME

About the role

Operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner. Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's core values and demonstrate Exemplary Service Standards at all times.
• Record any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle.
• Park the guest's vehicle in correct parking lot spaces properly and accurately.
• Lock guest's vehicles and correctly secure the keys.
• Keep the driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked.
• Return the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check in and check out.

Qualifications

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
