About the role

A LAZ Healthcare Valet Parking Attendant is the first and last person clients and customers see. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Greet all customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport
• Direct traffic to maintain a smooth and organized flow of cars
• Work independently with or without supervision
• Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond

Requirements

• Charismatic, energetic, and helpful personality
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Good driving record; ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and comprehension)
• Team player who values different opinions and motivates others
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Strong customer service experience
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required
