Position Details
We are hiring a Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors. This role is essential to our North America customer team. Specific responsibilities include:
- Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map processes to find opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Gather and analyze data to measure process performance.
- Propose practical solutions including process redesign, automation, and technological enhancements.
- Lead initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering buy-in, and implementing changes across departments.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests.
- Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partner.
- Maintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders.
- Customer Communication
- Support non-adjacent address approval process

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Microsoft Office applications experience.
- Assessing and Understanding People; strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask & manage time with good attention to detail.
- Willing to travel on occasion.
