Position Details

We are hiring a Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors. This role is essential to our North America customer team. Specific responsibilities include:

• Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map processes to find opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Gather and analyze data to measure process performance.
• Propose practical solutions including process redesign, automation, and technological enhancements.
• Lead initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering buy-in, and implementing changes across departments.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests.
• Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partner.
• Maintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders.
• Customer Communication
• Support non-adjacent address approval process

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Microsoft Office applications experience.
• Assessing and Understanding People; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask & manage time with good attention to detail.
• Willing to travel on occasion.
