Job Description

Momentum Digital seeks an experienced Technical Director to drive technical strategy and delivery across multiple key accounts. This role requires strong technical acumen and genuine ownership over results, from strategy to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and define scalable and maintainable systems for complex digital platforms and integrations.

• Lead architectural design and ensure successful execution on 3-4 strategic accounts.

• Identify risks early and resolve bottlenecks to maintain quality within time and budget constraints.

• Work closely with CTOs, founders, and C-level stakeholders to explain technical risks and strategize investments and platform strategies.

• Expand existing client accounts and identify new opportunities within ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, progressing to a lead or architect role.

• Strong breadth of engineering knowledge and ability to quickly understand new technologies.

• Ownership mindset - taking responsibility for technical quality, delivery, communication, customer relationships, and team performance.

• Effective communication skills, able to bridge development, product, management, and C-level discussions.

• Experience in consultancy, agency, or high-performance product environments is preferred.
