Director, Digital Workplace

About the role

The Director, Digital Workplace is responsible for overseeing the digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This includes strategy development, implementation of new technologies, and ensuring seamless integration across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital workplace strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the selection and deployment of new digital tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital workplace solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital workplace management or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects.
• Experience with digital workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services and infrastructure.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
