Job Description

Momentum Digital is seeking an experienced Lead Tech Consultant to drive technical direction across multiple key accounts. This role requires strong technical acumen and genuine ownership over delivery, client relationships, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and define scalable and maintainable systems for complex digital platforms and integrations.
• Work closely with clients to translate digital strategies into successful implementations.
• Lead the technical delivery on 3-4 strategic accounts, ensuring architectural integrity throughout the project and resolving risks and bottlenecks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining technical risks and helping them make informed decisions that impact their business.
• Expand existing client accounts and contribute to commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and executing on them.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, transitioning into a lead or architect role.
• Strong breadth of engineering knowledge and ability to quickly understand new technologies.
• Ownership mindset - taking responsibility for technical quality, delivery, communication, client relationships, and team performance.
• Effective communication skills, able to bridge development, product, management, and C-level levels.
• Experience in consultancy, agency, or high-performance product environments is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Native Dutch-speaking ability.
• Experience working from our office in Amsterdam.
• Experience in AI-assisted code reviews, deterministic quality tools, architecturale governance, and execution team growth.
