About the role

As a junior Werkvoorbereider/Tekenaar at Damman, you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager and colleagues in work preparation to handle drawing and preparatory tasks. You act as the link between clients, suppliers, and the production team in the workshop.

• Create detailed drawings for various projects with precision.
• Determine material requirements and prepare work instructions for the workshop team.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and monitor delivery deadlines.
• Program sheet metalworking machines (prior experience is a plus).

Requirements

• Completed HBO education in a technical field (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Enthusiastic and driven to learn and take initiative.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Ability to handle stress in a dynamic work environment with varied tasks.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing is an advantage.
