Vacature: Extern lid Raad van Commissarissen – Kansis

About the role

Kansis and Kansis Groen together form one organization. Kansis carries out packaging, warehouse, montage/assembly and facilitative services; Kansis Groen handles green‑maintenance in public spaces and on business sites. The foundations employ people with WSW contracts and under the Participation Act, and support residents in trajectories toward participation, integration and/or sustainable work. Each foundation’s Raad van Commissarissen consists of a municipal alderman and civil servant from both municipalities plus one external member. The alderman of Stichtse Vecht chairs both boards. The external member is the only commissioner not appointed by virtue of a municipal function and also serves on the Audit Committee. In this role you evaluate the main lines of total policy, provide a critical and stimulating role in weighing interests and decision‑making, represent the foundations to external stakeholders, act as an energetic conversation partner for the directors, and contribute to the strategic development of services for the coming decades.
