About the role

As a Microsoft 365 and AI trainer/user adoption consultant, you help organizations not only understand AI but also apply it effectively in daily work. You make Microsoft 365 and AI/Microsoft Copilot practical, understandable, and valuable for employees by combining training, coaching, and change management. You play a key role in the success of AI adoption—from initial introduction to lasting behavioral change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops and training sessions on using Microsoft 365 and AI/Microsoft Copilot.
• Coach employees individually and in teams.
• Assist organizations in determining the best technology, method, or solution to implement.
• Teach employees to work effectively with Microsoft 365 and create prompts to improve AI output.
• Organize office hours and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Guide technology and AI adoption, identifying where additional support is needed.
• Develop materials such as handouts, prompt libraries, and best practices.

One day you may lead a group session, the next you could work intensively with a team or stakeholder on concrete solutions using SharePoint, Teams, and AI applications. In short: an interactive role with plenty of variety!

Requirements

• Strong ability to guide people through change and make technology accessible at different levels.
• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, coaching, consultancy, or change management.
• Strong didactic and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them actionable.
• Affinity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and/or AI.
• Curiosity and interest in smarter working and innovation.
• Ability to easily switch between different target groups and levels.
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify where support is needed.

A specific IT background is not required. A people-focused and performance-driven mindset is more important.
