Vacation Sales Coordinator (Linkage Marketing)- SBR

Troubleshooting

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Ensuring all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and manage sales presentations to meet budgeted sales targets and volume production goals.
• Ensure guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility criteria and are receptive to product and service information.
• Persuade guests to purchase products and services through effective communication and negotiation.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests both in person and by phone.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
