Sales Assistant

About the role

Chicago Signs and Screen Printing, a subsidiary of Black Diamond Solutions, is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support their top producers. The ideal candidate will assist in the sales process, including:

• Helping to determine the correct products and services to offer
• Creating quotes and proposals for potential new and current clients
• Networking with the sales team
• Social prospecting
• Working closely with the sales team to create an exceptional customer service experience
• Following up on pre and post-sales activities

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Sales Assistant is to enable the sales team to focus on new business opportunities while also supporting existing clients.

• Technical - A knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate online applications is required.

• Excellent written skills.

Experience with printing, custom apparel, branding, retail, marketing, screen printing, and customer service is a significant advantage.
