About the role

The Vacation Sales Coordinator position pays a base wage of $20 per hour with production pay. For the first 10 weeks, employees receive an additional $300/week training pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Westin Maui Resort & Spa in 2024 was between $67,386 and $115,707.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Exceeding budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensuring guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Flexible schedule available to work weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
