Vacation Sales Coordinator - Based in Waikiki + $1,000 Incentive* Potential
About the role
Are you looking for a place where meaningful moments are made together? As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
- Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
- Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Requirements
- Highest motivation with sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Pay
$16.00/hr + Commission + Training Pay* for the first 10 weeks only.
Schedule
Full-time/5 days per week, must be available to work weekends, holidays and be available to work between the hours of 7am to 9pm | Specific shifts will be scheduled based on operational requirements. Days off are typically consistent (Subject to business needs).
