Vacation Ownership Sales- Owner Line

About the role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to purchasers in a professional and ethical manner. You will discover prospective purchasers’ needs and interests, create a desire to upgrade their ownership with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program through a structured sales presentation, and advise clients on how being an HCV owner adds value to their lives. You’ll address questions or concerns while providing a quality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guest presentations and tours as trained at scheduled times.
• Provide prospective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
• Attend ongoing training classes and participate in demonstration/assessment rides scheduled with Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers.
• Build relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and all members of the Sales Line Team.
• Assist in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner.
• Perform coaching and action plans as provided by assigned Sales Training Managers and/or Sales Managers.
• Explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommend the appropriate amount of points to meet current and future vacation needs.
• Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience.
• Achieve personal and departmental written objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.
