About the role
The primary responsibility of the Vacation Logistics Coordinator is to manage all aspects of employee vacation requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes processing requests, coordinating with departments, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities
- Manage and process vacation requests from employees
- Ensure all requests are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with departments to resolve any issues related to vacation requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vacation requests
- Communicate with employees regarding their vacation status and any necessary updates
- Prepare reports and summaries of vacation trends and patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a remote setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
