About the role
The primary responsibility of the Vacation Logistics Coordinator is to manage all aspects of employee vacation requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing timely and accurate processing of requests. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.Responsibilities
- Manage and process vacation requests from employees
- Ensure all requests are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Communicate with employees regarding their vacation status and any necessary updates
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to resolve any issues related to vacation requests
- Prepare reports and summaries of vacation usage trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of FMLA and other relevant employment laws
- Experience with vacation and time-off management software
