Responsibilities

• The position will involve fee earning on complex fraud and criminal cases.
• Depending on performance, there will also be further professional development including training for defending suspects at police stations (if not already trained in that area) and Crown Court advocacy.
• The firm also deals with coroners' inquests, regulatory matters and associated civil work such as judicial reviews and actions against public authorities. The successful candidate will be given exposure to this work and will have the opportunity to develop a very impressive range of legal and procedural knowledge.
