About the role
Vacancy for Women Digital Champion at Diprox-Nepal. The organization is implementing various sector-specific projects in different regions of Nepal. For this project, the need for women digital champions is being sought from eligible Nepali nationals.

- Rolpa District (Block 4, 6, and 7), Thawa Village Development Committee (Block 3), Parvati Village Development Committee, Vanaraj Village Development Committee, Climate Change Village Development Committee, Rukum East Village Development Committee, and Purnavara Village Development Committee (Block 6 and 8)
- Putha Uttar Gandaki Zone (Block 12)
Responsibilities
- Facilitating financial literacy education among women, community groups, and cooperatives,
- Implementing financial literacy education for farmers,
- Supporting empowerment initiatives related to women,
- Encouraging mobile wallets and banking apps installation and usage,
- Providing guidance on accessing appropriate financial services,
- Collecting and organizing relevant data and information for the project,
- Collaborating with local communities, social groups, and local governments,
- Ensuring continuous learning for the duration of 8 months.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: SLC/SEE passed woman.
- Preference given to those with practical experience, facilitation skills, and social management in educational work.
- At least 18 years old and able to perform facilitation in multiple locations.
- Having practical experience in a group working on the implementation of the Rural Development Project.
- Having knowledge about various agricultural practices and digital finance (apps) used in the community.
- Having experience in building women's agencies and household dialogues.
- Having continuous attendance for 8 months.
