Student Success Hours of Operation are: Monday-Thursday: 8AM-7PM Friday: 8AM-5PM Saturday: 9AM-1PM Job Summary And Description Performs a variety of specialized duties to assure eligible students receive available Veteran educational benefits services; serves as a skilled resource concerning Veteran Programs and Services; reviews, verifies and processes related forms and applications; trains and provides work direction to Veteran’s work-study staff involved with intake and processing of Veteran’s documents. Minimum Education and Experience: Associates Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.Three years of related work experience preferably in post-secondary education. Preferred Education and Experience: Three years of work experience in post-secondary institution, including using Information Management Systems – Student Administration Module.Three years’ experience working with veterans and VA Programs in higher education.Experience in a high-volume customer service unit in a higher education institution. Licenes and Certificaitons: Ability to complete the required VA training requirements within 30 days of hire. EEO Statement
