Requirements
orQualifications
. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to pick appropriate ones. We have both Requirements and Qualifications; maybe we combine them into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they ask to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Education and Experience into Requirements. We'll useRequirements
and list education and experience. We also have Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to learn institutional software systems. Could be a Skills section. Benefits: The posting lists "What UTEP Offers Miner Perks and Benefits Benefit Package includes: Medical, Prescription, Life Insurance and Wellness platform Voluntary Benefits: Dental, Vision, Additional life insurance, UT Flex, Short and Long - term disability plans Retirement Programs Longevity Pay Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Paid Holidays Employee Discounts & Perks Employee Education Assistance program And much more! Visit our Benefits Summary Page for more information on our additional benefits." We need to extract substantive benefits: Medical, Prescription, Life Insurance, Wellness platform; Dental, Vision, Additional life insurance, UT Flex, Short and Long term disability plans; Retirement Programs; Longevity Pay; Paid Vacation & Sick Leave; Paid Holidays; Employee Discounts & Perks; Employee Education Assistance program. We'll put those in a- .
Pay: Salary: $35,568 annually.
Schedule: Hours: 40 hours per week, standard Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, flexibility required on evenings and weekends.
We also have FLSA status: Exempt; Earliest Start Date: As soon as possible; Job Location: On-site; El Paso; Reporting to Manager; Department: Military Student Success Center. These could be placed in About the role or maybe a separate section like "Position Details". But we only have allowed headings; we could incorporate location, schedule, etc. The schedule we already have. Location could be in About the role paragraph.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The Additional Information includes many legal statements; we should drop those.
Also remove "Why Pick UTEP" description? That's promotional but maybe considered substantive? It's about the university; could be considered "About the role" or maybe we could include a section "About UTEP". But not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings for those specific categories; we could include "About the role" to include position summary and maybe also include why UTEP? But that's not about the role. However we could incorporate it into About the role as extra context. But we should not invent sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have About the role (includes position summary and maybe why UTEP). But the why UTEP is not about the role but about the employer; still could be considered part of the role description. It's okay.
We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content.
Thus final HTML:
