V-Twin Motorcycle Parts and Gear Support Representative $17-18/hr

About the role
This is a fully remote position for the Comoto Rider Support Team, with a new hire class tentatively scheduled to start October 26th, 2026. IT equipment will be provided, and your remote workstation must have fast, secure internet connectivity (minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload; no hotspots or public WiFi).
The role is primarily phone and email-based, ideal for candidates who are passionate about V-twin cruisers, motorcycle parts, and helping riders. You’ll assist customers with fitment, product selection, and sales while providing expert advice on motorcycle gear and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other channels with professionalism and polish.
- Assist with questions about fitment, application, selection, and installation of motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Advise on proper fitment and use of safety gear, including helmets, jackets, pants, riding armor, boots, and gloves.
- Help customers place orders for a seamless experience.
- Continuously learn about motorcycle parts, gear, riding styles (e.g., racing, offroad, adventure/touring), and bike modifications.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Demonstrate detail-oriented, proactive, and self-improvement-focused work habits.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Assist riders daily with enthusiasm and adaptability based on coaching.
Requirements

- Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories; knowledge of UTV, ATV, scooters, or snowmobiles is a bonus.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Pay
Compensation starts at $17–$18/hour, based on experience. Additional earnings available through sales incentives, seasonal bonuses, overtime opportunities, attendance bonuses, and yearly company bonuses.
Schedule
Training classes typically operate on a 9 AM–6 PM EST schedule (exact hours TBD based on new hire locations). After the 4–5 week training period, team members will transition to a new schedule, which may include nights and weekends.
