UxS Program Management SME/Analyst with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management analysis and financial management support for SOF peculiar unmanned systems (UxS) programs.
• Carry out programmatic assessments, schedule analyses, cost evaluations, and risk reviews to guide decision-making and align with mission objectives.
• Monitor and assess program performance metrics, cost data, and funding execution to facilitate effective resource planning and budget management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the SOF enterprise, including program offices, operational units, engineering teams, and logistics personnel, to support planning, execution, fielding, and sustainment of UxS capabilities.
• Support the creation of acquisition documentation, program briefs, milestone reviews, and decision support materials.
• Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies; offer recommendations and mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Assist with requirements analysis, capability development, and integration planning for emerging UxS technologies.
• Ensure all program activities comply with applicable policies, regulations, and requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program analysis, program management, or a related field within the DoD.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working at NAVSPECWARCOM and/or USSOCOM, its component commands, or other SOF organizations.
• Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline.
• Certified as a Defense Financial Management (CDFM), or equivalent.
