UxS Logistics and Sustainment SME with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Support logistics operations and supply chain management functions across the program.
• Aid in inventory oversight, asset tracking, and accountability processes.
• Ensure timely and efficient logistics support, including parts procurement, repair, and supply chain management.
• Purchase spare parts, components, and consumables for UxS platforms. Generate purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory reports.
• Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize the supply chain. Produce inventory management reports and logistics performance metrics.
• Arrange for the transportation and shipping of UxS assets and components. Create shipping manifests and transportation records.
• Conduct logistics compliance reviews and ensure alignment with applicable DoD policies and standards.
• Support maintenance planning, sustainment scheduling, and lifecycle management activities.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to support decision-making and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DoD logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
