UX/UI Product Developer

About the role

The Role Design and deliver enterprise-level product solutions using user-centered design and modern development practices
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, integrated, and cost-effective solutions
Champion best-in-class UX principles, including accessibility (WCAG compliance), usability, and inclusive design
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and business teams to create seamless user experiences
Provide strategic product guidance to stakeholders, including feature recommendations and technology direction
Stay current with emerging technologies and UX trends to drive innovation in product design and delivery

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Product Development, System Design, and Application Integration
• Strong development skills in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js)
• Experience with Front End and Database Technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Proficiency in API Development (REST, GraphQL), Security Protocols (OAuth, JWT), and cloud/DevOps practices (Azure or AWS, CI/CD, Docker)
• Strong knowledge of System Architecture, UX/UI Principles, and Web Accessibility Standards
• Experience in Healthcare, Medicaid, and/or Medicare

Qualifications
