Responsibilities

• Individualized Croreer Plan creation
• Participation in the Cro Metrics Learning Institute and Accelerator Program
• Contribution to decision-making frameworks
• Engagement in bi-weekly employee-led meetings
• Participation in team-driven problem-solving and methodology definition
• Participation in bi-weekly Slack appreciation channels
• Alignment with the company's OKRs
• Participation in annual All Hands trips and weekly team-building activities
