Responsibilities
- Individualized Croreer Plan creation or selection
- Participation in the Cro Metrics Learning Institute and Accelerator Program
- Engagement in bi-weekly, employee-led meetings
- Contribution to decision-making frameworks and diversity of perspectives
- Collaboration on team projects and problem-solving
- Participation in bi-weekly chat pairings and get-to-know-you activities
- Submission of resumes/CVs for review
