Responsibilities

• Individualized Croreer Plan creation or selection
• Participation in the Comprehensive Onboarding Process
• Engagement in the Cro Metrics Learning Institute, career maps, and Accelerator Program
• Contribution to the Culture of Experimentation
• Participation in bi-weekly, employee-led meetings
• Use of decision-making frameworks to foster open, respectful disagreement
• Collaboration on tackling hard problems, exploring opportunities, and defining methodologies
• Engagement in bi-weekly chat pairings, get-to-know-you activities, and interest-based channels
• Participation in #Appreciations Slack channel
• Leadership of process improvements through OKRs
• Participation in annual IRL All Hands Trips, weekly trivia, and bi-weekly #-water-cooler get-to-know-you questions
