Our Hiring Process You express your interest and send a resume We review your portfolio If you are good we will invite you for an interview ‍ Role Overview ‍ Create and maintain the SaaS application design systemUse Figma for designing components and prototypesCollaborate closely with the design team and developersEnsure high-quality graphics standards and brand consistency ‍ Job Responsibilities ‍ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsCollaborate with other team membersDevelop and implement a scalable design system, including components, patterns, and style guidesAdvise the design team on the necessary elements and best practices required for a robust design system- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design standards, guidelines, and reusable components in FigmaEnsure the design system is easily accessible and usable by the design team within FigmaCreate a guide for the developers on design specifications to ensure accurate implementation of the design systemConduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the design systemStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design systems and UI/UX designProvide support and guidance to the design team on using the design system effectively ‍ ++ Added points for being able to support with our social media marketing and other marketing tasks that come up.
