UX/UI Designer

About the role

Capvartis is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience of our CRM platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product, ensuring it’s both functional and delightful.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces and workflows for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in SaaS and CRM tools.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
