About the Company Join Hiredbuddy as an Entry-Level UX/UI Designer and help train AI models to think like a designer. You'll evaluate and annotate AI-generated design outputs, craft design-focused prompts, and contribute to high-quality training data—all while working remotely and earning competitive pay. About the Role Are you a budding UX/UI designer looking to break into the world of AI? Hiredbuddy is an AI data annotation and labelling platform that helps train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for an Entry-Level UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and play a crucial role in improving AI's understanding of design. You'll work with a diverse set of tasks that involve evaluating AI-generated design outputs, annotating user interfaces, and providing feedback to help models learn what makes a great user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI training while honing your design skills. Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated UI mockups and provide constructive feedback on layout, visual hierarchy, color usage, typography, and overall usability.Annotate design elements such as buttons, forms, navigation menus, and icons to create high-quality ground-truth data for model training.Rank multiple design variations based on adherence to UX best practices and aesthetic appeal.Craft detailed prompts that guide AI models to generate better design solutions.Review AI-generated code for front-end design to ensure it matches design specifications.Identify edge cases and potential usability issues in design outputs, and document your findings.Collaborate with our team to refine annotation guidelines and improve data quality. Qualifications A foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible designs.Strong written communication skills to articulate design feedback clearly.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your own schedule.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
