UX Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy for complex, program-level initiatives
• Present UX vision and strategy to leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align business and user goals
• Collaborate with UX research for discovery and design processes
• Guide teams on prioritizing user needs and accessibility
• Evaluate emerging technologies to inform UX strategy
• Lead design reviews, providing strategic feedback and oversight

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a creative or technical field; Graduate degree preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Portfolio showcasing complex UX problem-solving for large-scale clients
• Exceptional collaboration, creativity, empathy, and passion for design
• Stellar communication skills for storytelling and data visualization
• Expert in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies
• Proficient in design software, especially Figma, with knowledge of AI in UX

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
